    Pinacolada Popsicles Recipe - Easy Popsicles Recipe with step wise pictures.

    Super creamy pineapple popsicle which has coconut milk in them. The coconut milk adds nice tropical twist and gives you a taste of hawaai. This popsicle is inspired from a popular drink pinacolada.

    Super refreshing and easy popsicle recipe which can be made in minutes. This pinacolada popsicles is so delicious and can be made in any flavour combo.

    I love making popsicles during this hot weather. My mom is a fan of my popsicles so i try to make it often. Since i am in a popsicle making mood. She started demanding many popsicle recipes to me. Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you.

    Pinacolada Popsicles Recipe

    Ingredients

    • Pineapple - 1 cup cubed
    • Coconut Milk - ½ cup
    • Sugar - to taste
    • Coconut Extract - few drops optional

    Instructions

    • Take everything in a blender and puree till smooth.
    • Pour it in popsicle mould. Freeze overnight.
    • RUn the mould under tap water.
    • Unmould.
    • Serve.

    Pictorial:

    1)Peel off the pineapple skin, chop it into pieces.

    2)Take coconut milk in a blender

    3)Add in pineapple pieces

    4)Add sugar to taste. If you have coconut extract, add few drops in.

    5)Grind to a smooth puree

    6)Pour it into moulds

    7)Leave some space in the top.

    8)Cover it. Freeze overnight.

    9)Remove it

    10)Run it under tap water

    11)Unmould.

    12)Serve
