Ingredients
  

  • cup All Purpose flour / Maida
  • teaspoon Dry Yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 1 cup Warm Water
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Mix yeast, sugar with warm water and set it aside for 5 min or till it foam up.
  • Take flour in a bowl and mix salt with it. Add the yeast water with the flour mixture and make a soft dough. Apply oil all over it generously and cover it. Cover it with a damp cloth and Set this aside in a warm place till it doubles in size( for about 1 hour).
  • When it doubles,knock out the air and knead the dough for 3 min. Add extra flour if you need. Now it is ready to use for your yummies.

Notes

  • The dough which you make should be very soft and slightly sticky before the first rise, once it is risen then add more more and knead to a soft dough. This ensures that the pizza base turn crispy and chewy.
  • You can refrigerate the dough for a week. And use whenever you need. But make sure you use a big bowl or container, because they do rise in the fridge.
  • You can use other oil or butter in the dough. But in my opinion olive oil gives the real flavour.
