Oil - 2 tblspn Ginger - 1 tblspn finely chopped Garlic - 1 tblspn finely chopped Onion - 1 medium size chopped finely Green Chillies - 2 chopped finely Tomato Ketchup - ¼ cup Green Chilli Sauce - 2 tblspn Red Chilli Sauce - 2 tblspn Soy Sauce - 2 tsp Vinegar - 1 tsp Salt to taste Sugar - 1 tsp Pepper Powder - 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Chicken Stock or Veg Stock - 2 cups Cornflour - 2 tsp Spring Onion as needed finely chopped
Heat oil in a kadai, add in ginger and garlic and saute for a min.
Add in onions, green chillies, and cook till golden.
Now add in all the sauces, salt, sugar and pepper powder and mix well.
Add in chicken stock and mix well. Bring it to a boil.
Now add in cornflour which is mixed with water and mix well. Cook this for 2 to 3 mins till it thickens.
Add in spring onion and serve with fried rice or noodles.
