Ingredients
- Poha / Aval- 2 cups i used red rice poha
- Water - ½ cup
- Jaggery - ½ cup
- Apples - 1 chopped finely
- Pomegranate - 1 cup
- Cardamom Powder - ½ tsp
- Cherries - 2 tblspn chopped finely
- Coconut - ½ cup grated
Instructions
- Take jaggery and water and mix well.
- Take poha in a bowl, strain the jaggery water and mix well. Set side for 10 mins. If it is not softened, sprinkle more water and set aside.
- Now add in all ingredients and mix well.
- Serve cold.
