- Poha / Aval- 2 cups i used red rice poha
- Water - ½ cup
- Jaggery - ½ cup
- Apples - 1 chopped finely
- Pomegranate - 1 cup
- Cardamom Powder - ½ tsp
- Cherries - 2 tblspn chopped finely
- Coconut - ½ cup grated
Take jaggery and water and mix well.
Take poha in a bowl, strain the jaggery water and mix well. Set side for 10 mins. If it is not softened, sprinkle more water and set aside.
Now add in all ingredients and mix well.
Serve cold.
