1 cup Fresh Coconut grated 5 to 6 Garlic Cloves peeled 1 sprig Curry Leaves 5 to 6 Dry Red Chillies Salt to taste 1 teaspoon Tamarind Water as needed 2 teaspoon Oil
Take oil in a pan, add in garlic, curry leaves, chillies and saute till golden.
Now add in coconut, tamarind and saute till golden.
Take this in a blender, add in salt and water and make it into a fine puree.
Serve with kanji, porridge, idli or dosa..
