Ingredients

Radish - 2 chopped
Oil - 3 tblsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Fennel seeds / Sombu - 1 tsp
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Desiccated Coconut - ¼ cup
Instructions
Take radish in a kadai. Add salt and little water. Cook till radish is done. Drain and set aside.
Heat oil in a kadai. Add in mustard and fennel seeds and let it sizzle.
Add in radish and toss well. Add in spices, salt and mix well.
Cook till radish is done.
Add in coconut and mix well.
Serve.
