Radish Poriyal Recipe
Ingredients
- Radish - 2 chopped
- Oil - 3 tblsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Fennel seeds / Sombu - 1 tsp
- Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Desiccated Coconut - ¼ cup
Instructions
- Take radish in a kadai. Add salt and little water. Cook till radish is done. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in a kadai. Add in mustard and fennel seeds and let it sizzle.
- Add in radish and toss well. Add in spices, salt and mix well.
- Cook till radish is done.
- Add in coconut and mix well.
- Serve.
