Ingredients
  

  • 1 washed and grated Radish
  • 3 tablespoon finely chopped Onion
  • 1 finely chopped Green Chilli
  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • ½ teaspoon Mustard Seeds / Kaduku
  • ½ teaspoon Urad dal / Ulundu Paruppu
  • 1 cup Thick Unsour Curd / Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped Coriander Leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Sugar

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a kadai. Add in mustard and urad dal, let it splatter.
  • Now add in onions and chillies. Saute for a min.
  • Add in grated radish and saute it till the raw smell leaves away, it will take around 5 mins. Remove it from stove and let it cool a bit.
  • Take curd, salt, sugar in a bowl and mix well.
  • Add in cooled radish and mix well.
  • Add in coriander leaves. Mix and serve with biryani or pulav.
