Cooked Rajma / Kidney Beans - 2 cups
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Oil - 1 tsp
▢
Mustard Seeds / Kaduku - ½ tsp
▢
Asafoetida / Hing / Kaya Podi a pinch
▢
Curry leaves a sprig
FOR ROASTING & GRINDING:
▢
Oil -1 tsp
▢
Black Pepper - ½ tsp
▢
Urad dal - 1 tsp
▢
Dry Red Chilli - 4
▢
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
▢
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
▢
Coconut - ¼ cup
Instructions
▢
Heat oil in a pan, add all roasting ingredients one by one and roast well. Take it in a blender and powder coarse.

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and asafoetita and mix well.
▢
Add rajma and salt and mix well.
▢
Add the powder and mix well.
▢
Serve.
