Instructions

Take raw banana and cover with water. Sprinkle salt and turmeric in the water and cook till it is just done.

Take all the spices given in a bowl, add the banana and mix well. Coat it well with the spices.

Now heat a tawa, drizzle with oil. Pan fry the banana till it is crispy.
▢
Remove it and serve.
