Ingredients

Potato - 2 peeled and chopped
▢
Carrot - 2 chopped
▢
Oil - 2 tblsp
▢
Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
▢
Urad dal - 1 tsp
▢
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
▢
Garam Masala Powder- 1 tsp
▢
Salt to taste
Instructions
▢
Heat oil in a kadai.
▢
Add mustard and urad dal. Let it sizzle.
▢
Add in carrot and potatoes and saute for a min.
▢
Cover and cook till it is cooked. Now add in chilli powder, salt and garam masala powder and mix well.
▢
Serve.
