Mexican Salsa made authentic way. Salsa can be served with tortilla chips or on side of any mexican meal.

  • Tomatoes - 4 large
  • Onion - 1 chopped finely
  • Green Chilli - 1 deseeded chopped finely
  • Coriander leaves a handful chopped finely
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar to taste
  • Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
  • Lemon Juice as needed


  • Take onion, lemon juice, salt, sugar, cumin powder in a bowl and mix well. Set aside for 5 to 10 mins.
  • Take 3 tomatoes and chop it finely. Take one tomato and puree it.
  • Add it into the bowl, along with chilli and coriander leaves.
  • Mix well.
  • Serve with chips.
