Ingredients

  • Mixed Fruits I used apples, pineapple, pear, guava, green apple and cantaloupe
  • Low Fat Milk / Skimmed Milk as needed
  • Sabja Seeds as needed
  • Sugar or Honey to taste

Instructions

  • Take fruits in a blender, add milk and make it into a smooth puree. If you want sweet, you can add sugar or honey to this.
  • Now add more milk as needed and add in sabja seed.
  • Mix well and set aside for 10 mins.
  • Serve.
