Ingredients
  

  • Oil - 1 tblspn
  • Mustard Seeds / Kaduku - 1 tsp
  • Urad Dal / Ulundu Paruppu - 1 tsp
  • Onion - 1 medium size sliced
  • Tomato - 1 large sliced
  • Green Chilli - 1 sliced
  • Gram Flour / Besan / Kadalai Mavu - 2 tblspn
  • Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder - 1 tblspn
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
  • Potato - 1 large boiled and peeled
  • Water as needed
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Coriander Leaves a handful chopped finely

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, urad dal and let it sizzle.
  • Add in onions, tomatoes, green chillies and saute for a min.
  • Add in gram flour, chilli powder, turmeric powder and coriander powder. mix well.
  • Add in water, potatoes, salt and sugar and bring it to a boil.
  • Add in coriander leaves and mix well.
