In a pressure cooker, take turkey, salt, chilli powder and turmeric powder. Add some water and pressure cook for 3 whistle. Then simmer the flame and cook for 15 mins.
Now turn off the heat and let the pressure go all by itself. Open the cooker, drain the meat in a bowl. Use the liquid for soup or making rasam.
Take coconut and other ingredients mentioned in a blender and make it into a coarse mix. Dont add water.
Heat oil in a kadai. Add in onions, chillies and saute till light golden.
Add in ginger garlic paste and saute for a min.
Now add in salt, chilli powder, coriander and garam masala powder and saute for 30 sec or so.
Add in the meat and toss well in the masala. Keep cooking till it gets nice colour.
Then add in capsicum and toss well for few more mins.
Add in coconut masala and mix well. Cook this for few more mins as well.
