Ingredients

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Raw Mango
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp Urad dal
  • 2 Dry Red Chilli
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • Asafoetida
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • Water as needed

Instructions

  • Wash and peel cucumber and raw mango. Slice them.
  • Heat oil in a kadai, add in mustard seeds, urad dal, dry red chilli, curry leaves and asafoetida.
  • Add in mango and cucumber and sprinkle some salt and turmeric powder. Mix well.
  • Now add in some water and cook them for 5 to 6 mins till it is done.
  • Now add in chilli powder and sugar and mix well.
  • Serve.
