Ingredients

  • 6 Bread Slices Sandwich Bread
  • Butter as needed
  • For Green Chutney:
  • ¼ cup Coriander Leaves
  • ¼ cup Mint Leaves
  • 1 Green Chilli
  • ½ tsp Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • Water as needed
  • For Red Chutney:
  • 4 Dry Red Chillies I used kashmiri
  • 1 fat clove Garlic
  • ¼ cup Tomato Ketchup
  • Water as needed

Instructions

  • Grind both chutney separately and set aside.
  • Take a slice of bread, spread butter and green chutney evenly.
  • Now top with another slice of bread, spread some more butter and red chutney evenly.
  • Top with another slice of bread and spread butter on both sides of the sandwich.
  • Place this in a grill pan or grill toaster and grill till golden.
  • Remove it and cut into wedges.
  • Serve hot.
