    Tri Colour Grill Sandwich

    This is one hell of a sandwich, my favourite. Even looking at them make me drool, it is so good. Not only it is pretty to look at but it packs tons of flavours as well. Both the chutney along with the generous amount of butter never goes wrong..

    Ingredients for Tri Colour Grill Sandwich

    • Bread Slices - 6 (Sandwich Bread)
    • Butter as needed

    For Green Chutney:

    • Coriander Leaves - ¼ cup
    • Mint Leaves - ¼ cup
    • Green Chilli - 1
    • Sugar - ½ tsp
    • Salt to taste
    • Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
    • Water as needed

    For Red Chutney:

    • Dry Red Chillies - 4 ( I used kashmiri)
    • Garlic - 1 fat clove
    • Tomato Ketchup - ¼ cup
    • Water as needed
     
     
    This is great to put in your kids lunch box, when making for them reduce the chilli level, but never go short with the butter, because that what makes it even more tasty..

    How to Make Tri Colour Grill Sandwich

    1. Grind both chutney separately and set aside.
    2. Take a slice of bread, spread butter and green chutney evenly.
    3. Now top with another slice of bread, spread some more butter and red chutney evenly.
    4. Top with another slice of bread and spread butter on both sides of the sandwich.
    5. Place this in a grill pan or grill toaster and grill till golden.
    6. Remove it and cut into wedges.
    7. Serve hot.

    • For Green Chutney:

    Tri Colour Grill Sandwich Recipe Step by Step

    Start by making the green chutney,
    Take coriander leaves,mint leaves chilli, salt, sugar and
    lemon juice in a mixer
    Blend them
    Green Chutney done
    Now lets make the red chutney, take few red chillies in a blender
    add one fat garlic clove
    add in little ketchup
    and a little water..no need for salt, since ketchup has salt in them
    red chutney done
    now take your stuffs,
    lets make the sandwich..you need three slices of 
    bread for making one sandwich
    place a slice of bread close to you
    spread little butter over
    spread it evenly
    now spread some green chutney over it
    spread evenly
    cover with another slice of bread
    dollop some more butter
    spread it evenly
    now comes the tangy red chutney
    spread it
    Place another bread and cover it
    now dollop some butter on top
    spread it
    flip over
    dollop some more butter
    and spread them
    now place them in a grill pan
    grill them till golden
    remove it
    cut into wedges
    Serve
    This is one kickass sandwich
    You will love it for sure
