Ingredients

Onion
finely chopped

Green Chillies
finely chopped

Tamarind Pulp

Jaggery
▢

Mustard Seeds

Curry leaves
chopped finely

Salt to taste
Instructions
▢
Heat oil in a kadai.
▢
Add in mustard seeds and allow them to pop.
▢
Now add in curry leaves and saute for a min.
▢
Add in the onions and salt and saute till they turn golden.
▢
Add in the green chillies and saute for couple of mins.
▢
Now add the tamarind pulp and some water. Bring this to boil.
▢
Add in jaggery and cook this on a high heat till oil separates and the pachadi gets thick.
▢
Serve with rice.
