Preheat oven to 160 degree C.
Slice leftover cake into strips and it is thick, cut it in 2 cm thickness.
Arrange it in a baking pan and bake for 20 to 25 mins till it crisp up.
Remove it and cool it down. Store it in an air tight container for more than a week.
