Salted Chaas Recipe (Chaas, Indian Buttermilk Recipe)

Salted Chaas is a simple and refreshing Indian drink made with curd, water, black salt, spices and fresh coriander. I grew up having curd with almost every lunch and during hot summer days, we would often turn it into a chilled glass of chaas. It is light, mildly tangy, salty and so refreshing.
