Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Cumin Seeds
  • 15 Cloves
  • 5 cm Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon Whole Black Pepper
  • 1.5 tablespoon Fennel Seeds
  • 1.5 tablespoon Black Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Dry Mango Powder / Amchoor Powder

Instructions
 

  • Toast cumin seeds in a dry pan till it is turns little darker. Let this cool down to room temp.
  • Now add everything in a blender and powder it finely.
  • Let the mix cool. Store this in a air tight container.
