Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices Bread
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Oil
  • 2 tablespoon + more for spreading on toast Soft Butter
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Chilli powder or Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl. Add in salt and turmeric powder, pour a splash of water and mix well.
  • Add in the eggs and beat it till fluffy.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan. Pour the eggs in and start scrambling.
  • When the eggs starts to get runny, add the soft butter and mix well.
  • Keep scrambling till it reaches your desired consistency.
  • Now toast your bread in a toaster. Apply butter generously.
  • Scoop some scrambled egg on top of the toasted bread and sprinkle with some salt and chilli powder.
  • Enjoy hot.
