Ingredients
  

  • Cooked Vermicelli - 3 cups i used rice vermicelli
  • Gram Flour / Besan / Kadalai Mavu - 1 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Baking Soda / Cooking Soda - ¼ tsp
  • Onions - 1 medium size chopped finely
  • Green chillies - 3 chopped finely
  • Coriander leaves a handful finely chopped
  • Spring Onions Greens - 4 tblspn chopped finely optional
  • Oil for frying
  • Water if needed

Instructions
 

  • Heat water in a pot, once it boils, add in vermicelli and cook till cooked around 7 to 8 mins. Drain it and cool it down. Set aside.
  • Take all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Heat oil for deep frying. Drop small pakora in and fry till golden.
  • Drain and serve.
