Ingredients

Cooked Vermicelli - 3 cups
i used rice vermicelli
Gram
Flour / Besan / Kadalai Mavu - 1 cup
Salt to taste
Baking Soda / Cooking Soda - ¼ tsp
Onions - 1 medium size chopped finely
Green chillies - 3 chopped finely
Coriander leaves a handful finely chopped
Spring Onions Greens - 4 tblspn chopped finely

Oil for frying
Water if needed
Instructions
Heat water in a pot, once it boils, add in vermicelli and cook till cooked around 7 to 8 mins. Drain it and cool it down. Set aside.
Take all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Heat oil for deep frying. Drop small pakora in and fry till golden.
Drain and serve.
