½ cup Unsweetened Plain Yogurt ¼ cup Milk + more for brushing on top of buns ½ teaspoon Baking Soda (Cooking Soda) 1 tablespoon Sugar / Honey ¾ teaspoon Salt 1.5 cup All Purpose Flour + more as needed 2 tablespoon Oil
Preheat oven to 200 degree C. I took a baking tray and greased it well with oil.
Take yogurt, sugar, salt in a bowl. Add in baking soda and mix well. Wait for a min till it bubble up.
Add in flour and mix well. Add in milk slowly and mix it to a sticky dough.
Now grease your hands well with oil.
Now take take dough and shape it into a rough ball. Place it in the oiled pan.
Brush the top with milk and sprinkle top with some oats.
Bake it for 20 to 25 mins.
Remove it and let it cool for 10 mins.
