Ingredients
  

  • 1 large Potato boiled, peeled and mashed
  • 1 cup Sooji / Rava / Semolina
  • ½ cup Water or as needed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 3 tablespoon Spring Onions finely chopped
  • ¼ cup Carrots or Beetroots grated
  • 3 tablespoon Ghee for making pancakes

Instructions
 

  • Take mashed potatoes in a bowl, add water, sooji, salt and mix well.
  • Add in carrots and spring onions. Mix well., Set this batter aside for 10 mins.
  • Heat oil or ghee in a non stick pan and make mini pancakes.
  • Cook for few minutes on one side., flip over and cook on other side.
  • Remove to a plate and serve
