Equipment

Deep Frying Pot

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Gram Flour
  • 2 tablespoon Rice Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds
  • 2 sprig Curry leaves
  • 1 large Onion peeled & sliced thinly
  • 2 no Green Chillies slit
  • ¼ teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ¼ cup Water as needed
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut Oil should be hot

For Deep Frying

  • Peanut Oil for deep frying

Instructions
 

  • Take all ingredients in a bowl except water and oil and mix well. Now add in 1 tblsp of hot oil and mix well.
  • Add in water slowly and make it into a stiff dough.
  • Heat oil for deep frying. Drop small lumps on dough in hot oil and fry till golden brown.
  • Once golden and fried strain and serve hot.
