Spiced Tea is a delicious Black tea infused with warm spices and served hot on a cold winter day.

- 2 teaspoon Black Tea Powder
- 4 cups Water
- 1 stick Cinnamon
- 5 Cardamom
- 5 Cloves
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Ginger
- 2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- ¼ cup Jaggery or Palm Sugar
Take spices in a mortar and pestle and crush it roughly.
Take it in a sauce pan. Add in water and jaggery and bring it to a boil.
Boil for 3 mins till spices infused in the water.
Now add in black tea and turn off the heat.
Leave it to steep for 3 mins.
Strain the tea using a tea strainer. Serve hot.
- You can dry roast the whole spices and powder them coarse. Store this in a container and use them as needed.
- You can use any brand tea as you like.
- You can use any sweetner as you like.
