Take all the ingredients given for cooking chicken in a pressure cooker. Add in ¼ cup of water and pressure cook for 1 whistle. Let the steam escape by itself. Open the cooker and chop the meat into small pieces. Set aside to cool.
Take chicken, mayo, cabbage, onions, carrots in a bowl. Mix well.
Take bread slice, stuff with the filling. Cover with other slice.
Wrap in plastic wrap and pop it into the fridge until serving.
Slice in half and enjoy.
