Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices Bread
  • 2 Eggs
  • ¼ cup Carrot (grated)you can use any finely chopped veggies
  • 2 tablespoon Onions finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Green Chilli finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander leaves finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Oil or Butter for making french toast

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients given in the list except butter and bread. Mix well.
  • Slice bread into diagnols, dip each bread in the egg mix. Coat on both sides well.
  • Heat butter in a pan, place the bread and toast on both sides till golden.
  • Remove and serve.
