    Spicy Veg French Toast

French toast is my all time favourite. When i am short on time, i quickly whip a batch of those..I love savoury french toast than sweet ones. This is a version which i made recently and loved it to the core. It is so easy to make and it has an addition of veggies added to it, pretty tasty. This makes a great after school snack for kids..Hope you will give this a try and let me know how it turns out for you.

I really enjoyed this toast this morning. I used yellow onions as that is what I had on hand. It was full of flavor. Thank you for a great recipe! I can see myself making this for brunch or a snack in the future.
