Getting Perfect grilled chicken breast which is juicy and not dry is easy to make at home. It all starts with a good marination and If you follow the tips and techniques included in this recipe, you will get juicy chicken breast all the time. You can chop them and put them in salads, use them in sandwiches and many more.
Place chicken breasts between two sheets of plastic wrap. Use a rolling pin to bash them well this even out the chicken breast, so it will cook evenly.
Mix all the ingredients given for marination together. Add chicken into the marination. Coat the chicken in this marination. Cover it and place in fridge to marinate for at least 30 minutes to overnight.
Remove the chicken from fridge at least an hour before cooking. Heat a grill pan on medium high heat.
Now place the chicken in the hot grill pan, never try to flip the chicken, let it cook on medium high heat for 6 minutes, this will help the chicken to get a good char marks. Once the chicken is cooked enough, you can easily flip it with a pair of tongs. Now gently flip over and cook for another 5 minutes on medium high heat.
Now remove the chicken on a plate or clean cutting board and let it rest for 5 minutes before cutting into it. This makes the chicken juices rest and get into the chicken.
Now cut it as preferred and enjoy.
