Steamer

Ingredients
  

  • 2 teaspoon Ghee
  • 2 cups Spinach
  • ½ cup Gram Flour / Besan
  • ¼ cup Wheat Flour
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Sugar
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 tablespoon Water

For Tempering

  • 2 teaspoon Ghee
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds optional

Instructions
 

  • Take all the ingredients except ghee and sesame seeds in a bowl and mix well to a sticky dough.
  • Now grease your hands and take small portion from it and shape it into dumpling.
  • Place it in a greased steamer plate and steam for 8 to 10 mins on low heat.
  • Now remove it and set aside.
  • Heat ghee in a pan, add these dumplings and saute for 2 mins till it gets little crispy, now sprinkle sesame seeds and toss well.
  • Serve.
