Steamed Veg Salad
Steamed Vegetable Salad Recipe - Veg Salad Recipe. Healthy steamed veggie salad which not only taste good but it is very clean and healthy for you.
Ingredients
- Carrot - 1 cubed
- Potato - 1 peeled and cubed
- Peas - ½ cup
- Cauliflower - 1 cup cut into florets
- Broccoli - 1 cup cut into florets
- Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 1 tblsp
- Lemon Juice to taste
Instructions
- Take all veggies in a steamer and steam for 7 to 10 mins.
- Take it in a bowl, add salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Serve.
