Vegetable salad are a must make recipe daily, it is a healthy habit to include salads in your daily diet. If you cannot eat raw veggies then this salad might be for you. It is steamed salad which has lots of vegetables in them and it is tossed with olive oil and lemon juice.
I seasoned it with himalayan pink salt and freshly ground pepper. You can use plain salt if you dont have himalayan salt.

Steamed Veg Salad
- Carrot - 1 cubed
- Potato - 1 peeled and cubed
- Peas - ½ cup
- Cauliflower - 1 cup cut into florets
- Broccoli - 1 cup cut into florets
- Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
- Black Pepper to taste
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 1 tblsp
- Lemon Juice to taste
- Take all veggies in a steamer and steam for 7 to 10 mins.
- Take it in a bowl, add salt, pepper, olive oil and lemon juice. Mix well.
1)Take chopped potatoes, carrots, green beans and peas in a steamer.
2)Add in broccoli and cauliflower
3)Cover and steam cook for 8 to 10 mins
4)Now the veggies are steamed nicely.
5)Take the veggies in a bowl.
6)Now meet my new pink salt and pepper grinder
7)You can use normal salt if you dont have pink salt.
8)Grind some pepper in
9)I love quite a bit of pepper
10)Drizzle in some extra virgin olive oil
11)Squeeze some lemon juice
