Instructions
▢
Heat oil in a pan, add in mustard seeds and urad dal. Let them sizzle.
▢
Add in cabbage, salt and turmeric powder and saute for few mins. Cook it for 5 mins or so.
▢
Add in capsicum and toss well. Cook it for few more mins.
▢
Add in chilli flakes and toss well.
▢
Serve.
