Melon ball salad also known as Cantaloupe salad is a fresh colorful, flavourful and refreshing fruit salad that is perfect for hot summer days. It is one of the easy recipes to make and yet looks impressive. It is made by mixing scooped melon balls with lemon, ginger and mint dressing with a touch of sugar. It is a perfect recipe to have for breakfast, lunch or as a quick evening snack.
Take all ingredients given for the dressing in a blender and puree till smooth. Set aside.
Take cantaloupe, cut it in half, scoop out the seeds. Use melon baller to scoop the flesh into small balls. If you don't have a melon baller, you can just chop melon into small cubes.
Take it in a bowl, drizzle dressing all over it and serve cold.
