Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Wheat Flour
  • 3 tablespoon Rava | Sooji | Semolina
  • 1 tablespoon Desiccated Coconut
  • 3 tablespoon Sugar Powdered
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee
  • cup Milk or as needed
  • ½ teaspoon Cardamom Powder
  • Oil for Deep Frying

Instructions
 

  • Powdered sugar and cardamom in a blender and set aside.
  • Now in a mixing bowl add wheat flour, rava, coconut, powdered sugar mixture, oil and mix well to form in a coarse crumbly mixture.
  • Sprinkle some milk and knead into a stiff dough. Don't add too much of milk.
  • Now roll this with a rolling pin so that it gets 1 inch thickness. Use your favorite cookie cutter or any lid and cut out your favorite shape.
  • Heat oil for deep frying and fry this till they turn golden brown. Drain in a kitchen paper.
  • Once it gets cool down. store it in air tight container for upto a month.
