1 cup Wheat Flour 3 tablespoon Rava | Sooji | Semolina 1 tablespoon Desiccated Coconut 3 tablespoon Sugar Powdered 2 tablespoon Ghee ⅓ cup Milk or as needed ½ teaspoon Cardamom Powder Oil for Deep Frying
Powdered sugar and cardamom in a blender and set aside.
Now in a mixing bowl add wheat flour, rava, coconut, powdered sugar mixture, oil and mix well to form in a coarse crumbly mixture.
Sprinkle some milk and knead into a stiff dough. Don't add too much of milk.
Now roll this with a rolling pin so that it gets 1 inch thickness. Use your favorite cookie cutter or any lid and cut out your favorite shape.
Heat oil for deep frying and fry this till they turn golden brown. Drain in a kitchen paper.
Once it gets cool down. store it in air tight container for upto a month.
