Ingredients

Wheat Flour
▢

tbsp
Rava | Sooji | Semolina
▢

tbsp
Desiccated Coconut
▢

tbsp
Sugar
Powdered
▢

Ghee
▢

Milk
or as needed

Cardamom Powder

Instructions
▢
Powdered sugar and cardamom in a blender and set aside.
▢
Now in a mixing bowl add wheat flour, rava, coconut, powdered sugar mixture, oil and mix well to form in a coarse crumbly mixture.
▢
Sprinkle some milk and knead into a stiff dough. Don't add too much of milk.
▢
Now roll this with a rolling pin so that it gets 1 inch thickness. Use your favorite cookie cutter or any lid and cut out your favorite shape.
▢
Heat oil for deep frying and fry this till they turn golden brown. Drain in a kitchen paper.
▢
Once it gets cool down. store it in air tight container for upto a month.
