Instructions
▢
Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a heavy bottom pan..Add in toor dal and fry till golden.Remove and set aside.

Heat 1 teaspoon of oil and add in coriander seeds..Fry till golden.Remove and set aside.
▢
Now fry dry chillies in the kadai till golden.Remove and set aside.
▢
Now add 1 teaspoon of oil and add in coconut and fry till it turns dark golden..Remove this and put it in a separate bowl.
▢
Allow everything to cool down.
▢
Take the fried chillies, coriander seeds and toor dal in a blender and make in to a powder.
▢
Now add in garlic, tamarind, curry leaves and salt and powder it again.
▢
Now add in fried coconut and make into a fine powder.
▢
Let this cool down. Store this in air tight container.
▢
Enjoy this with curd rice or dosa.
▢
You can store this air tight container for upto 1 month. If you are storing it in refrigerator it last upto 6 months..
