Tomato Paneer Curry Recipe
Paneer tomato curry which goes well with roti, rice, naan. This tamatar paneer curry taste delicious and is easy to make.
Ingredients
- Oil - 2 tblspn
- Tomatoes - 4 large pureed
- Cumin Seeds / Jeerakam - 1 tsp
- Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Paneer - 200 grams cubed
- Peas - 1 cup frozen
- Coriander leaves a handful finely chopped
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan, add cumin and let them sizzle.
- Now add in pureed tomatoes and mix well. Cook that till oil separates.
- Add in salt, sugar, chilli powder and garam masala powder. Mix well.
- Add water and bring it to a boil.
- Now add in paneer and peas and simmer covered for 5 mins.
- Add coriander leaves and serve.
