Tomato spaghetti is one of the classic Italian dishes that combines the cooked spaghetti with the sweetness of the fresh tomato sauce. To make a delicious tomato spaghetti, you have to use a few key ingredients like fresh tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, seasonings, cheese and of course spaghetti! This recipe is perfect for dinner or after school snacks for kids.
Bring lots of water to boil, add in salt and drop in the pasta. Cook as per package directions.
When the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a pan. Add in garlic and fry till golden. Now add in tomatoes, salt and sugar. Mix well. Cook this till the raw smell leaves from tomatoes. Add in chilli flakes and oregano. Mix well and cook for few more mins. Sauce done.
Now Strain the pasta and add it to sauce along with cheese. Toss well and serve immediately.
