- 2 cans Canned Tuna
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds
- 1 handful Curry leaves
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 Tomato chopped
- 1 teaspoon Chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
- Lemon juice as per taste
- Salt to taste
Drain canned tuna and squeeze it gently to remove excess water.
Heat oil in a kadai. Add fennel seeds, curry leaves and let them sizzle.
Add in onions, green chillies and cook till translucent.
Add in tomatoes and cook that down.
Sprinkle in chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, salt and mix well.
Add in canned tuna and mix well.
Cover this and cook for 5 min.
Add in pepper powder. Squeeze in lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix well.
Serve hot with rice.
