Tuna Fish Masala Recipe , made Indian style with canned tuna, onions, ginger, garlic, tomatoes and spices turned into a delicious dish which can be served with rice or paratha, it can be served with toasted bread as well. You can enjoy this flavour packed canned tuna stir fry any time of the day.
Strain tuna through a fine mesh sieve. Press and extract as much liquid as possible. Set aside.
Heat oil in a kadai and add in onions and cook till translucent. Add in ginger garlic paste and saute for few more seconds. Sprinkle in chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt and mix well.
Add in tomato and cook for 3 min until it gets mushy. Now Add in strained tuna and mix well. Cover this and cook for 5 min. Squeeze in lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix well.
Serve hot with rice.
