Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans Canned Tuna
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds
  • 1 handful Curry leaves
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 Tomato chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • Lemon juice as per taste
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Drain canned tuna and squeeze it gently to remove excess water.
  • Heat oil in a kadai. Add fennel seeds, curry leaves and let them sizzle.
  • Add in onions, green chillies and cook till translucent.
  • Add in tomatoes and cook that down.
  • Sprinkle in chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala powder, salt and mix well.
  • Add in canned tuna and mix well.
  • Cover this and cook for 5 min.
  • Add in pepper powder. Squeeze in lemon juice and coriander leaves and mix well.
  • Serve hot with rice.
