Ingredients

Sago / Sabudana / Javarisi - ¼ cup
▢
Varagu Arisi / Kodo Millet - ½ cup
▢
Water - 3 cups
▢
Boiled Hot Milk - 2 cups or as needed
▢
Sugar - ½ cup
▢
Sweetened Condensed Milk - ½ cup
▢
Cardamom Powder- ½ tsp
▢
Ghee - 1 tsp
▢
Cashews - 6 chopped
▢
Raisans - 2 tblsp
Instructions
▢
Take sago and varagu in a pot, add water and bring it to a boil. Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 mins till it is cooked.
▢
Take it off the heat and add in sugar and keep mixing for 5 mins.
▢
Now add in boiled milk, condensed milk, cardamom powder and mix well.
▢
Fry cashews and raisans in little ghee and add it into the kheer.
▢
Mix well.
▢
Serve hot or cold.
