Ingredients
  

  • 3 Raw Plantain Peeled & Chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Tamarind Pulp
  • 3 tablespoon Coconut grated
  • 2 Dry Red Chilli
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Urad Dal
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Take banana in a kadai. Pour the tamarind water and add some salt in that. Mix well and let it come to a boil. Simmer and cook until the banana is cooked. Now drain it and set aside.
  • Heat 1 tblspn oil in a kadai. Add mustard and urad dal in that and allow them to pop.
  • Add dry red chilli, curry leaves and fry for few mins.
  • Add cooked banana and mix well. Cook this for 5-7 mins until the banana is well saute and just started to turn darker.
  • Add coconut and mix well. Switch off the flame and serve.
