Take banana in a kadai. Pour the tamarind water and add some salt in that. Mix well and let it come to a boil. Simmer and cook until the banana is cooked. Now drain it and set aside.
Heat 1 tblspn oil in a kadai. Add mustard and urad dal in that and allow them to pop.
Add dry red chilli, curry leaves and fry for few mins.
Add cooked banana and mix well. Cook this for 5-7 mins until the banana is well saute and just started to turn darker.
Add coconut and mix well. Switch off the flame and serve.
