Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup Basmati Rice
  • 100 grams Noodles
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1 medium Onion peeled and chopped finely
  • 3 no Green Chillies finely chopped

Vegetables

  • 1 medium Carrot finely chopped
  • 6 no Baby Corn finely chopped
  • 1 medium Bell Pepper chopped
  • 6 nop Green Beans chopped

Seasonings and Sauces

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
  • 2 teaspoon Soy Sauce or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar or to taste

Garnishing

  • 3 no Spring Onions finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Cook rice and noodles separately in salted boiling water till done. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a kadai. Add in ginger garlic paste and saute for a min.
  • Add in onions, chillies and toss well. Add in salt, sugar and 1 teaspoon pepper and toss well.
  • Add in carrot, beans, capsicum, baby corn and toss well. Cover and cook for 5 to 7 mins till the veggies are done.
  • Now Add in soy sauce, vinegar and toss well.
  • Add in rice and noodles and toss well.
  • Sprinkle in another teaspoon of pepper and spring onions. Toss well.
  • Serve hot.
