Instructions
▢
Cook rice and noodles separately in salted boiling water till done. Drain and set aside.
▢
Heat oil in a kadai. Add in ginger garlic paste and saute for a min.
▢
Add in onions, chillies and toss well. Add in salt, sugar and 1 teaspoon pepper and toss well.
▢
Add in carrot, beans, capsicum, baby corn and toss well. Cover and cook for 5 to 7 mins till the veggies are done.
▢
Now Add in soy sauce, vinegar and toss well.
▢
Add in rice and noodles and toss well.
▢
Sprinkle in another teaspoon of pepper and spring onions. Toss well.
▢
Serve hot.
