    Veg Noodles Fried Rice

This is one recipe which i tasted few weeks back when we dined out. I loved it to the core, the combination of rice and noodles along with the other sauces and stuffs was very tasty. We actually ordered a chicken version of this, but when i came home i decided to try a veg version and share it with you all..

Ingredients for Veg Noodles Fried Rice

    • Basmati Rice - ½ cup
    • Noodles - 100 grams
    • Oil - 2 tbsp
    • Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp
    • Onion - 1 medium size chopped finely
    • Green Chillies - 3 finely chopped
    • Carrot - 1 medium size finely chopped
    • Baby Corn - 6 chopped
    • Capsicum / Bell Peppers - 1 chopped ( i used, red, yellow and green)
    • Green Beans - 6 chopped
    • Salt to taste
    • Sugar - 1 tsp
    • Pepper Powder - 2 tsp
    • Soy Sauce - 2 tsp or to taste
    • Vinegar - 1 tsp or to taste
    • Spring Onion a handful finely chopped

This is pretty easy to make, if you have any leftover rice, you can cook some noodles and toss everything up. This taste superb with lots of pepper on them. You can even add some green chilli sauce to make it spicy. But i like to serve with some chilli vinegar.
