Ingredients

Rice Noodles / Egg Noodles - 1 packet
I used egg noodles
Green Bell pepper-1 sliced
Baby Corn-5 sliced lengthwise
Onion-1 sliced
Coriander leaves / Cilantro or Holy Basil -a small bunch chopped
Ginger Garlic Paste-1 tblspn
Red chilli paste-1 teaspoon or to taste
Grind Dry Red Chilli with water
Pepper-to taste
Oil-2 tblspn
For Sauce:
Soy sauce-2 tblspn
Vinegar-1 tblspn
Sugar-1 tblspn
Salt –to taste
Instructions
Cook Noodles as per package directions. Drain it and set aside.
Mix the sauce ingredients together and set aside.
Heat oil in a wok. Add in ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Add in red chilli paste and mix well.
Throw in onions, bell pepper, baby corn and mix well.Cook this for 3 mins.
Now add in noodles and toss well..Pour in the sauce and mix well so that everything gets combined.
Season with pepper and mix well.
Add in cilantro and cook until it wilts.
Serve hot with your favorite accompaniments.
