This is a requested recipe from one of my 13 year old follower. Her Name is Rashmi..
She send me a beautiful message using my “Request a Recipe” form…She told me that this is her favorite dish and she will order it in all restaurant she go…
She wanted me to make this so that her mum can do it for her..

How could I ignore that message…Definitely not..
Rashmi here is your favorite recipe and thankyou so much for making me do this because it has become my family members favorite dish too..
This is a thai recipe and the original recipe calls for some thai ingrediants…Since I couldn’t find those stuff here, I modified it accordingly..
I am giving you some additional information about what you can do with this…You can make this noodles with Rice noodles..You can add some thai chillies and also some thai holy basil at the end..
I made it entirely vegetarian but for those meat eater over there, you can add some minced chicken or sliced chicken in this..
So here you go for the step by step recipe with pictures…
Ingrediants:
Rice Noodles / Egg Noodles-1 packet ( I used egg noodles)
Green Bell pepper-1 sliced
Baby Corn-5 sliced lengthwise
Onion-1 sliced
Coriander leaves / Cilantro or Holy Basil -a small bunch chopped
Ginger Garlic Paste-1 tblspn
Red chilli paste-1 tsp or to taste (Grind Dry Red Chilli with water)
Pepper-to taste
Oil-2 tblspn
For Sauce:
Soy sauce-2 tblspn
Vinegar-1 tblspn
Sugar-1 tblspn
Salt –to taste
Method:
Cook Noodles as per package directions..Drain it and set aside.
Mix the sauce ingrediants together and set aside.
Heat oil in a wok…Add in ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Add in red chilli paste and mix well..
Throw in onions, bell pepper, baby corn and mix well.Cook this for 3 mins..
Now add in noodles and toss well..Pour in the sauce and mix well so that everything gets combined.
Season with pepper and mix well..
Add in cilantro and cook until it wilts.
Serve hot with your favorite accompaniments

Pictorial:
Take all your ingrediants
Mix up the sauce ingrediants
cook the noodles
Drain it and set aside
Prepare all you veggies
Heat oil in a wok
add in ginger and garlic paste
add in red chilli paste
fry for a few minute
add in all the veggies
saute for few minutes
add in noodles
and your sauce
toss well
Grind some fresh pepper on them
add a good amount of cilantro
toss well
Serve
