FOR CHICKEN:

Chicken - 500 grams with bone
▢
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tblsp
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
▢
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
▢
Chilli Powder - 1 tblsp
▢
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
▢
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Lemon Juice - 3 tblsp
▢
Oil for deep frying
FOR MASALA:
▢
Oil - 2 tblsp
▢
Onion - 1 large sliced
▢
Curry Leaves a handful
▢
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tblsp
▢
Tomato - 2 chopped
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp
▢
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
▢
Chilli Powder - 1 tblsp
▢
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
▢
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Water - 1 cup
Instructions
▢
Take chicken in a bowl, add all ingredients except oil and mix well.
▢
Deep fry chicken till golden. Drain and set aside.
▢
Heat little oil in a pan. Add in onion, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste and mix well.
▢
Add tomatoes and mix well.
▢
Add salt, spice powders, water and mix well.
▢
Once the gravy is done. Add chicken and mix well.
▢
Cover and cook till chicken is dry.
▢
Serve.
