Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1 piece Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 teaspoon Fennel Seeds

Instructions
 

  • Take water and spices in a sauce pan. Bring it to a boil and simmer for 5 mins.
  • Turn off the heat and let it sit for 2 mins.
  • Strain and serve.

Notes

  • You can consume it early in the morning and at night before going to bed.
  • Along with this and little exercise and healthy eating you can lose weight considerably.
  • This is not at all bad for health. Since it is made using normal spices.
  • This promotes digestion.
